The prayer cards below can be used in a variety of ways:

print the cards, cut them out and stick them back-to-back

or use the uploaded file (click on the cards) on your device.

Printed cards

Light a candle

Place the cards around the candle.

Make the sign of the cross, ask everyone to close their eyes and be still for a moment.

Invite each member of the family to choose a card.

Take turns to read the scripture reading, followed by the prayer.

Ask the family is there anyone else they would like to pray for?

Finish by praying the 'Our Father.'

Use the same instructions as above but when choosing a card

invite each member of the family to choose a number between one and twenty.

Find that numbered card online and then ask your family member

to read the scripture reading, followed by the prayer.
